By promoting discussions on topics of interest to the hospitality industry, this blog is designed to be a resource for managers at all levels of hospitality operations, from the General Manager to Department Heads to Line Supervisors.  While the opinions in this blog will be my own, we all recognize that there are many ways to organize an operation efficiently and to the desired standards of its owners and customers/guests/members.   Therefore, a variety of points of view will be recognized and considered.  To that end, we will periodically offer this forum to guest bloggers and industry “thought leaders” who may share their valuable insights with our readers.
